Occupational health care can also conduct health checks when there is a need to assess and support work capacity and functional capacity. These checks can determine work capacity, assess the need for job modification and possibly also utilise rehabilitation opportunities to support work and functional capacity.
If you experience challenges in your own work capacity, we recommend that you first have a discussion with your supervisor.

Work-based health check
If an occupational health nurse, other occupational health professional or your employer directs you to fill out an electronic work-based health survey, you can fill out by clicking the "Health survey" button.
