Appointment booking and other services
Book an appointment for a reception using the online booking or the OmaTyöterveys service.
We recommend using the OmaTyöterveys service for all patient services, either in a web browser or in the mobile application, if your employer has enabled mobile customer services.
You can also check your own appointments in the online appointment booking. You can find your own reception times under My bookings.
Callback service
Our telephone services have a callback service in use. In case the telephone services are congested, and all phones are busy, we offer a callback service, where we call you back on the same number that you have called us from.
Caling from an encrypted phone number
In case you have an encrypted phone number, you can use the callback service by first dialling *31# and then the phone number you want to call (010 325 2200). This way the encrypted phone number will be saved in our callback service.

Starting from 28 December 2023, when calling a business number beginning with 010, mobile phone calls are subject to mobile call charges and calls from land lines are charged at the local network rate. The call charge is determined by the caller's phone subscription agreement.
