The pollen season that comes with spring can cause discomfort in the form of respiratory and eye symptoms as nature awakens. Remember that help is available for the symptoms.

Länsirannikon Työterveys telephone services have a callback service in use. In case the telephone services are congested, and all phones are busy, we offer a callback service, where we call you back on the same number that you have called us from.


In case you have an encrypted phone number, you can use the callback service by first dialling *31# and then the phone number you want to call (010 325 2200). This way the encrypted phone number will be saved in our callback service.


The goal of the TULES groups, led by occupational physiotherapists at the West Coast Occupational Health, is to prevent and treat musculoskeletal disorders and support work capacity in employees. The TULES groups are aimed at employees who experience prolonged or recurring musculoskeletal pain and/or functional limitations at work.


TULES groups include: Knee, Back, Neck, Shoulder and TULES Pain group. The TULES Pain group is aimed at employees who experience widespread pain or mild psychological symptoms related to prolonged pain, such as anxiety, fear or insomnia.
