Welcome as a mobile client

We offer employers our mobile application as an optional service, which enables transaction with our occupational health services through mobile devices. If your company is our mobile client, your employer will inform you about it and provide instructions for commissioning the service. If mobile transactions aren’t yet in use in your company, you can still use our convenient online appointment booking and video appointment.

 

If your employer has enabled mobile transactions with occupational health services, you can use the Länsirannikon Työterveys mobile application. Download the application on your mobile device, and then follow the instructions of the application to start using the service.

Start by downloading the mobile application

Download the free LRTT OmaTyöterveys application, from App Store (for iPhone) or from Google Play (for Android), and follow the application's instructions to start using the service.

Information on the application

Länsirannikon Työterveys provides its clients with a modern, secure and flexible way to transact via the mobile application and customer portal. 

                                                                            

Urgent messaging

  • You can contact the occupational healthcare with acute symptoms of illness, which do not necessarily require clinical examination. 

  • You can use urgent messaging in medical prescription matters. 

  • Urgent messaging is open on weekdays, without an appointment. More detailed opening hours of urgent messaging can be found on the application.

 

Non-urgent messaging

  • You can communicate with your own occupational health nurse, and if necessary, other members of your occupational health team may join the discussion.

  • The service also enables the sharing of electronic documents.

  • Non-urgent messaging can be used 24/7.

 

Other services

  • Online appointment booking for Länsirannikon Työterveys. Book an appointment quickly and easily, the appointment booking is open 24/7!

  • Video appointment service. The service is available by appointment, which can be made easily via the application, at online appointment booking. Video appointment works with the Chrome (recommended), Edge Chromium and Firefox browsers on Windows and Apple computers and on Android devices. Safari browser on Apple mobile devices (iPhone & iPad).
