Non-cancelled appointments will be invoiced directly to private clients starting September 1, 2026

In the future, non-cancellable appointments for individual clients will be invoiced directly to the individual client. The change applies to individual client appointments made from 1 September 2026 onwards that have not been cancelled by the deadline (Exceptions include flu vaccinations and call requests).

The appointment must be cancelled no later than midnight on the day before the appointment.

The change does not apply to activities related to maintaining work capacity (e.g. occupational health consultation) or work community activities (e.g. workplace visits), which are invoiced to employers.

Cancelling an appointment

• A visit must be cancelled no later than midnight on the day before the appointment.

• Cancel the appointment via online booking here or in the OmaTyöterveys application, if your employer has enabled mobile customer service.

• If you have not made a reservation via online appointment booking, you can cancel the appointment by email to tyoterveys@terveysturku.fi
