Checking and canceling your own appointment through our Online booking

Our provider of the SMS message service has experienced a temporary technical problem, due to which not all reservation/confirmation text messages have gone through to our customers. The problem has been fixed, but the message problem is still visible in some reservations made before the repair.


Our customers have the opportunity to check their future appointment information by logging into our Online booking either via our website, mobile application or the browser version of the customer portal.


You can see your own appointments by selecting Online booking and click

My reservations / Cancel appointment.

You can also cancel your own appointments via Online boooking up to the day before the reservation date.


Logging in to the Online booking always requires strong identification before you can process your own appointment information.
