Psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists and professionals working in clinical work in the areas of well-being have been involved in the development of the Therapy Navigator. The Therapy Navigator gathers the most relevant information about the situation of the person seeking help for treatment guidance, most often even before the first meeting in healthcare. This way, the right level of treatment can be started quickly, at best, immediately after the initial analysis.
During the initial analysis, the healthcare professional and the client go through the results of the Therapy Navigator summary report together. The professional deepens and specifies the client's condition, situation and wishes, and involves the client in choosing the most suitable treatment method and outlining the treatment goals. By utilizing the results of the Therapy Navigator, the healthcare professional has more time for what is most important, i.e. meeting the client.
